Refund policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

We love the art we sell and we hope you do too! However, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase then you can return the work within 120 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note the date or receipt is identified by way of the third-party tracking information offered by Australia Post or our nominated courier.

We think that refunds should be easy and hassle-free. We don't ask and you don't tell, though in saying that if there is an issue we would certainly appreciate some feedback, so we can fix it for next time! But if your partners dashed out and swapped the lounge for a mustard vinyl and the work is no longer suitable, send it back, you've got bigger things to worry about.

Please note all refunds will be made upon receiving the returned artwork and will be paid via the original payment method used at checkout. All you will need to do is cover the return postage for a direct refund. Alternatively, if you wish to make a return for credit instead we will include the total cost of the artwork plus your return postage cost upon receiving a scanned copy of your postage receipt.
